AC All Day, Stiff All Night: How Air Conditioning Tightens Your Muscles

Dubai summer has a strange contradiction: the hottest months of the year produce the coldest bodies. From June to September, most of us live in a sealed loop of air conditioning — chilled bedroom, chilled car, chilled office, chilled mall — rarely feeling actual heat for more than the sprint between building and parking.
